Changes compared to version1.0 We improved the method to estimate total and direct thermal responses by including auto-correlation in residuals. We added seven more AmeriFlux sites. We included air temperature trends as an additional predictor for explaining cross-ecosystem variation in thermal response strength. We reran the analyses for all the sites.
