Monotonic Informational Substrate Theory MIST Framework Overview and Research Map
Abstract
This record provides an overview and organisational map of the Monotonic Informational Substrate Theory (MIST) framework. It introduces no new results, models, or claims. Its purpose is purely documentary: to describe the structure of the framework and to link the associated research papers archived on Zenodo that develop its components in detail. MIST is a regime-based foundational framework in which quantum, classical, geometric, and gravitational descriptions are treated as emergent behaviours arising from irreversible constraint accumulation on an underlying informational substrate. Different physical theories correspond to different persistence regimes, and apparent paradoxes arise when concepts are applied outside their domains of validity. This record does not modify quantum mechanics or general relativity, does not propose new physical laws, and does not make empirical predictions. It exists solely to clarify provenance, dependency structure, and conceptual relationships between the individual research papers that together constitute the MIST programme.
