Abstract

SemioCore is a bioinformatic language and experimental infrastructure for studying the semiodynamics of ageing: the progressive loss of biosemiotic plasticity under fixed interpretive regimes. SemioCore does not estimate biological age, diagnose disease, or model biological mechanisms. Instead, it formalizes and makes auditable the interpretive contracts through which biological signals (biomarkers, time series, profiles) are turned into verdicts, trajectories, and inferences. Its outputs concern properties of interpretive dynamics (stability, coherence, contextuality, indeterminacy), not biological entities, and must be interpreted accordingly. Use of SemioCore in academic, technical, or derivative works requires explicit attribution to the original author and citation of the corresponding Zenodo DOI. SemioCore does not transfer epistemic or scientific authorship of derived interpretations. Users remain responsible for their own models and claims.
