Abstract

This document proposes a formal specification for the Crystalline Protocol—an architecture designed for the creation and management of autonomous digital entities (Super-Subjects) based on the Zermelo-Fraenkel (ZF) set theory axiomatic framework. We postulate that the primary threat to the long-term viability of decentralized systems and AI agents is not external exploitation, but the accumulation of internal logical contradictions (referred to as "Governance Slime"). The protocol introduces the Crystalline Virtual Machine (CVM) to pre-verify all state transitions for logical consistency, ensuring mathematically guaranteed systemic stability.
