Abstract

We present a complete account of cosmic structure from unity to the Standard Model using only the Bootstrap framework — no inflation, no fine-tuning, one scale parameter (mₑ). Unity (+1) undergoes first closure (I AM I), which crystallises instantaneously into complete geometry with inherent tension (ε = 1 − π/e^(2/√3)). This tension partitions into baryons, dark matter, and dark energy in the ratio 1 : 3√3 : 3√3e, matching Planck observations to ~1%. The icosahedron cannot tile space; this geometric frustration IS the tension. The resulting Kelvin lattice is a cosmic Frank-Kasper phase, with baryons as topological defects where closure locally succeeded. The 5% baryon fraction matches the low crystallinity expected from extreme quenching in materials science. Completing Closure guarantees that each crystallisation is unique — this same principle is why every snowflake is unique. The electroweak sector emerges from twin primes at the icosahedral boundary: Higgs mass mH = 501/4 = 125.25 GeV (exact match), VEV v = 501×(11/21)×mp = 246 GeV. The cosmological constant is derived: EΛ = √(5/2)×(65/66)×mₑ×α⁴ = 2.256 meV, giving ρΛ matching observation to 97%. Two hierarchies emerge: spatial ln(R/ℓP) = e⁵ − 3√3 ≈ 143 and mass ln(mP/mₑ) = (e⁵+2π)/3 − 1/27 ≈ 51.5, connected by 2π + 3√3 − 1/9 = (V−1) + 1/e ≈ 11.37. Key results: Higgs mass exact, cosmological ratios within 1-2%, dark energy density 97% match, inflation unnecessary (flatness and horizon problems dissolve with derived geometry).
