The Universal Zipper: Mechanics of Knot Formation, Cosmic Expansion, and Galactic Stability
Abstract
Description / Abstract: This manuscript introduces the Z.I.P.P.E.D. (Zwanenburg Inverse Proportionality Theory) framework, a unified field theory where all physical phenomena emerge from variations in the Zwanenburg Grade (Z_g). We define the "Universal Zipper" as the underlying spatiotemporal fabric and identify three canonical mechanical states: The Matter Knot (\Omega): A stable topological singularity of maximum geometric density, providing a mechanical basis for mass and inertia. The Energy/Field Knot (\nabla Z_g): A tension gradient mediating forces (gravity) between nodes, explaining galactic rotation curves (e.g., Andromeda M31) without the need for Dark Matter. The Radiation Knot (\Delta): The result of total geometric relaxation, manifesting as propagating oscillations (radiation). The work further redefines cosmology, describing the Big Bang as a state of saturated geometric tension and the subsequent expansion as a "Cosmic Unzipping". We provide a mechanistic explanation for the emergence of matter as a necessary ballast to maintain global spacetime equilibrium during rapid expansion.
