Movie M2. 'Predator' post growth in two-population heterospecies scenario.

Movie M2: Shows the stability of grown vesicle structures in the time-lapse video of a two-population heterospecies scenario. The tethered Ter population (magenta) is monitored while the Hom population is flowed into the flow-cell (see supplementary section S11). It is observed that the Ter population remains stable even after growth. This live imaging is monitored till 20 minutes after initial growth occurred in this experiment. Scale bar is 10μm.
