Abstract

Summary This release introduces a first biomedical contracts library (v1) for SemioCore, providing 6 domain-specific programs ("contracts") that implement reproducible interpretive regimes over normalized biomedical proxy channels. What's new Added 6 biomedical contracts (biomed_v1): inflammation_proxy metabolic_risk circadian_disruption frailty_phenotype qc_regime trajectory_comparator Added contract schemas and documentation for each contract. Added fixtures and golden expected traces for reproducibility. Added a reference biomedical world fixture (biomed_world_v1.json). Testing All tests pass locally: python -m pytest -q (18 passed). Scope & limitations (important) These contracts are a domain-specific language (DSL) layer: reproducible interpretive regimes over proxy/normalized channels. They are NOT biomarker discovery, biological age estimation, or clinical diagnostic tools. Any biological or clinical interpretation requires independent validation outside SemioCore.
