Reproducible pipeline for the pre-supernova composite indicator Λ(t)
Abstract
This Zenodo record archives a fully reproducible reference pipeline associated with the manuscript “Predictive Multi-Messenger Signatures of Imminent Core Collapse”. The package implements the literature-anchored construction of the composite diagnostic indicator Λ(t), including the neutrino-driven proxy \widehat{\delta L}_\nu(t), baseline fitting, normalization, and example plots reproducing the figures used in the paper. Contents Code to ingest digitized/published pre-supernova neutrino time series and compute \widehat{\delta L}_\nu(t). Example input/output files and configuration templates. Scripts to reproduce the manuscript figures (including the pipeline diagram and neutrino-luminosity proxy). Documentation describing assumptions, normalization choices, and an end-to-end reproducible workflow. How to run Create the environment (see requirements.txt / environment.yml). Run the main pipeline script (see README.md) to compute \widehat{\delta L}_\nu(t) and generate the figures. Outputs are written to outputs/ and figures to figures/.
