(Math4Phys/GQR34A)Geometry–Time Governance in Adaptive Dynamical Systems.
Abstract
Many adaptive systems operate in regimes where static or equilibrium descriptions are in-sufficient. We present a geometry-first framework in which persistence, directionality, and irre-versibility arise from two structural constraints: phase closure and mode suppression. These con-straints act upstream of energetic averaging and are independent of microscopic carrier. We showhow geometry–time rectification produces directed outcomes without energetic bias, and howfinite governance capacity leads generically to hysteresis, instability ridges, and burnout. Theframework unifies time-gated transport, catalytic selectivity, and recoverability failure withinstandard physics, without invoking new forces or long-lived microscopic memory.
