Abstract

Version 6.4 introduces a diagnostic and control layer for navigating admissible energy landscapes governed by super-barrier dynamics. A Köppen-style landscape climatology is defined via stable diagnostic observables, yielding regime labels that are diffeomorphic summaries of local barrier geometry. An adaptive annealing calendar selects admissible tightening operators in feedback with observed regimes, enabling self-correcting schedules. This version operationalizes the structural results of Version 6.3 by providing a principled framework for navigation, erosion monitoring, puncture statistics, and replenishment from energy wells. No new equivalence claims are asserted; the contribution is diagnostic and control-theoretic in nature.
