Image Analysis

Lecture about bioimage analysis, oriented to bioimaging and light sheet microscopy. The lecture was prepared for the Light Sheet Image Analysis Workshop 2026. The lecture lasted approximately 60 minutes. The learning outcomes include: Acknowledging the characteristics of bioimage analysis and why it is needed, an overview of classical bioimage analysis pipelines and a examples of classical algorithms.
