Predictive Bioharmonics (PB): Dynamical Stability vs Instability Algorithm
Abstract
Early failure in complex dynamical systems, such as in biological development, seismic fault systems (e.g. earthquakes), engineered infrastructures, and large-scale coupled networks, frequently occurs despite apparently normal structure, components, or initial conditions, indicating the presence of underlying dynamical instability not captured by existing assessments. Predictive Bioharmonics (PB) introduces a deterministic, domain-agnostic algorithm that evaluates early system development by measuring dynamical drift between successive states. PB identifies mathematically defined stability regimes associated with coherent development, marginal stability, and collapse. The algorithm operates without probabilities, learning, optimization, domain-specific parameters, or outcome modeling, and applies uniformly across biological, physical, and abstract dynamical systems. PB provides an early stability–instability classification based solely on dynamical structure, prior to observable outcomes.
