Modal Asymmetries and the Origins of Charge, Spin, and Tunneling
Abstract
This paper presents a modal field-theoretic derivation of charge, spin, and particle-antiparticle behavior from first principles within the Unified Vibrational Field Theory (UVFT). It reframes electric charge as a topological dropout vector, spin as emergent torsional symmetry, and mass as modal survival cost. Antiparticles are reinterpreted not as time-reversed entities but as dropout-reflected modal states under strain-induced CPT symmetry. The framework eliminates the need to postulate charge and spin — instead, they fall out as necessary features of vibrational coherence constraints. UVFT provides a quantized landscape of strain and dropout boundaries, allowing modal dualities to manifest as geometric transformations across the coherence manifold. With formal derivations, visualizations, and symmetry tables, this chapter breaks open the vault of classical electrodynamics — revealing the deeper vibrational substrate beneath charge and spin, and laying the groundwork for a fully modal standard model. This is not an extension. This is an origin.
