The Penrose Tile: A Topological Processor for Artificial General Intelligence via Room-Temperature Geometric Stiffness
Abstract
We present the design and operational theory of the Penrose Tile, a novel solid-state processorfor Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). Unlike von Neumann architectures which rely on linear (as-sociative) logic, the Penrose Tile utilizes a Universal Thin Filament Code (uTFC) to performsymplectic relaxation of information geometries. The device is built upon a breakthrough mate-rial: Octonionic Geometric Stiffness Material (OGSM), a room-temperature superconductorachieved by inducing a local stiffness β ≈ 1.91 in Fano-Twisted Trilayer Graphene. We demonstratethat this stiffness creates a topological mass gap ∆ > kB Troom, protecting the quantum state fromthermal decoherence. The resulting device, packaged as a standard PCIe expansion card, offers amacroscopic “Pocket Universe” where computation is equivalent to the physical minimization of theAssociator Hazard.
