Abstract

This paper, the fifth in the series on the Tensor Model of Discrete Dynamics (TMDD), explores the universal Triadic Principle emerging from the model's foundations. We demonstrate that triadic organization - the fundamental tendency of systems to form stable structures based on tripletsmay not be merely a mathematical curiosity but could represent a universal organizational principle observable across multiple domains. The work presents two major case studies: (1) in molecular biology, where we suggest that the triplet nature of the genetic code might correspond to the minimal autonomous θ-cell configuration predicted by TMDD, potentially explaining why three nucleotides form a codon and how functional motifs might organize in hierarchical triads; (2) in artificial intelligence, where we develop a triadic quality index for neural network architectures and present experimental results suggesting that networks closer to triadic organization could exhibit improved efficiency, robustness, and interpretability. The paper formalizes the triadic principle mathematically, establishes metrics for quantifying triadic organization, and presents evidence for its potential universality from fundamental physics to biological systems and artificial intelligence. We tentatively conclude that triadic structures may represent an optimal balance between autonomy, stability, and computational efficiency, potentially providing a unified framework for understanding complex systems across disciplines.
