Abstract

# Relational Interference Cosmology (RIC) ## AbstractThis paper proposes a complete framework for quantum gravity and unified physics. The theory develops in three stages: First, Relational Cyclic Theory (RCT) formalizes universal cyclic phenomena into discrete phase networks with historical memory. Second, RCT naturally leads to Relational Interference Theory (RIT) via coherent superposition of all historical paths, establishing the fundamental π-closure law. Third, based on RIT's overdetermined network structure, we demonstrate unified emergence of: (1) spacetime geometry as continuous limit of amplitude correlations; (2) material particles as topological defects; (3) fundamental interactions from local symmetries; (4) black holes as balance mechanisms. The theory makes three unique testable predictions: logarithmic oscillations in primordial gravitational waves (ω≈8.512), Lorentz violation for high-energy photons (ξ≈0.118), and characteristic non-Gaussianity in CMB (f_NL≈12). These predictions are testable within 5-10 years. ## Key Innovations1. Mathematical formalization of "cyclic phenomena" as fundamental physics2. Derivation of π-closure law from first principles3. Matter as topological defects in overdetermined networks4. Black holes as network balance mechanisms5. Three specific, testable predictions ## KeywordsQuantum gravity, unified theory, emergent spacetime, relational physics, testable predictions, cosmology, black holes, standard model
