Abstract
Dataset contains anonymized survey results of 112 students regarding the use of generative artificial intelligence in the educational process. The data reflect frequency, purposes, preferred AI tools, and students’ perceptions of the impact of generative AI on learning outcomes and academic integrity. The dataset supports research on digital competence, pedagogical risks, and the methodological integration of generative AI tools into higher education and is associated with a scholarly article on the educational implications of generative AI.
