Abstract

We demonstrate that the fundamental postulates of special relativity—time dilation, length contraction, and the constancy of the speed of light—emerge as natural consequences of a single underlying principle: the Conservation of Information Processing Rate (IPRC). By formulating IPRC as a universal bound on quantum complexity growth within a discrete information network, we derive Lorentz invariance without the a priori assumption of continuous spacetime geometry. Furthermore, the theory provides a mechanism for gravitational interactions via computational impedance gradients. We predict a specific Planck-scale modification to photon dispersion characterized by the parameter ξ=-5±0.03xi equals negative 5 plus or minus 0.03 𝜉=−5±0.03 . This prediction is evaluated against high-energy gamma-ray burst (GRB) data and numerical simulations, showing a distinct signature that differentiates CHD 2.0 from existing quantum gravity models such as Loop Quantum Gravity or String Theory. Our results establish quantum information as the fundamental ontology of spacetime physics, providing a testable framework for the unification of quantum mechanics and general relativity.
