Abstract

This record contains derived computational outputs supporting the manuscript ‘Glucose transporter type 1 dominance associates with interface-enriched lysosome-related programs and attenuates metformin efficacy in colorectal cancer’. Files include spatial transcriptomics spot-level program scores and zone labels (Visium HD and CytAssist FFPE), interface vs core comparisons, laminin-integrin summaries, and survival/meta-analysis tables. Input datasets are public and are listed in the manuscript.
