Abstract

This technical report presents the implementation of a stable metric fissure using an array of 9 Aluminum Nitride (AlN) modules. Operating at a resonance frequency of 4.5 MHz and structured through the Golden Ratio (\Phi = 1.618), the system generates a convergent potential well. To ensure structural integrity against Casimir-scale forces, a dynamic equilibrium vector ("Factor X") is applied to stabilize the system's base metric (219.9). The results confirm the feasibility of a Constructive Interference Matrix for macro-scale transport through an enveloping propulsion bubble that processes spacetime, eliminating inertial and time-dilation effects.
