Abstract

This Technical Note formally establishes the chronological priority and intellectual property of the Quantum Anchor Stabilization Theory (Q.A.S.T.) and the Marín-Moio Geometry, authored by Dario W. Moio. The document consolidates the foundational framework officially recorded on December 1, 2025 (Version 1) and subsequently extended on December 28, 2025 (Version 2). It defines the core pillars of the Moio Protocol: Metric Anchoring (dynamic stabilization via vacuum elastic tension) and Phase-Locked Resonance (quantum-acoustic oscillation for low-energy maintenance). Furthermore, this note records the successful Computational Validation executed on January 4, 2026, which provided the first empirical data set for stabilized metric throats. This public declaration serves as a definitive record of precedence against parallel emergent models and ensures the traceability of the author's original research.
