Paper 10: Holonomy & Discreteness Topological Quantization in φ-closed Universes : Operational Measurement of Integer Reality
Abstract
We present the complete operational formalization of topological quantization within theHolophase framework, establishing discrete structures as necessary, measurable consequencesof a continuous cyclic order field ϕ : X → S^1. Through rigorous derivation from first principles, we demonstrate that all discreteness in physical reality—from quantum numbers to defect charges—emerges from topological obstructions permitted by the target space S^1. The formalism provides: A complete classification of holonomy invariants through Cech– de Rham cohomology on licensed windows; Exact conservation laws with generalized Noether currents ; Operational measurement protocols for all topological signatures with Cram´er-Rao lower bound disciplined uncertainty quantification; A twelve-gate falsification battery testing predictions against standard quantum mechanics, topological field theory, and experimental phenomenology. We prove that integer-valued observables are not postulated but derived, with experimental precision limited fundamentally by window coherence rather than measurement technology. The framework predicts noveltopological signatures testable in condensed matter analogs, optical phase fields, and cosmological observations. All results follow inevitably from ϕ-closure, requiring no additional postulates beyond the existence of ϕ itself.
