Abstract

This paper proposes "Resonant Management" as an evolutionary necessity for organizations facing the limits of the "Mechanical Operating System" (Mechanical OS). While the Mechanical OS—characterized by linear control and reductionism—served the industrial age, it is rendered obsolete by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and systemic complexity. We argue that as AI automates "mechanical" cognitive tasks, human value creation must shift to "vital" dimensions: relational trust, meaning-making, and ethical judgment. Crucially, this paper moves beyond metaphor to propose a logic of structural isomorphism. Drawing on systems theory and process philosophy, we conceptualize trust not as a sentiment but as "Resonant Gravity"—a field force that minimizes organizational friction. We further posit that sustainable profit is "Ecosystem Surplus" generated through resonant alignment with stakeholders and nature. By reframing management through the lens of wave dynamics rather than particle mechanics, we offer a foundation for a new management philosophy that is ethically sound, economically rational, and adaptable to the post-AI landscape.
