This release corresponds to the version of ProtChain used in the manuscript: "ProtChain: A Blockchain-Enabled Framework for Secure and Reproducible Biomedical IoT Data Workflows". It contains the complete source code, microservices configuration, blockchain components, and scripts required to reproduce the system design, experiments, and performance evaluations reported in the paper, including API benchmarking, blockchain transaction analysis, and the HIV-1 protease (1HPV) case study.
