Abstract

Beyond Einstein is a draft monograph by Donovan Maddock presenting a set of connected theoretical ideas exploring whether space and time have an underlying discrete/quantised structure, developed in the spirit of Einstein-style thought experiments. The work introduces the concept of space quanta (“Patchons”) and a time-mediating particle framework, and examines implications for gravity, energy, black-hole horizons, and links to dimensionless parameters in particle physics.
