Abstract

This report presents a forensic audit of the Dutch media and governance ecosystem, examining structural patterns of institutional omission, narrative alignment, and the interaction between state actors, regulatory bodies, and media organizations. Based on publicly available documents, court rulings, WOO/WOB decisions, archival sources, and primary materials, the audit documents five case studies involving media oversight, academic freedom, data access, judicial consistency, and public accountability. The methodology follows Protocol DRO-2026 and focuses strictly on verifiable evidence, documented procedures, and identifiable information gaps. The report is intended as an archival reference for researchers, journalists, and legal analysts.
