FRIDAv2.1 climate damage functions and figures

This Zenodo record provides a single citable entry point for the set of Zenodo records for the GitHub repositories which produce the climate impact functions used in FRIDAv2.1. This includes the repository for generating the main paper figure, and those required to generate the literature-derived damage functions from literature data, plus that for enery demand (for Figure A3).
