Abstract

IdentitySeed is a mechanically checkable semantic layer that elevates personhood, identity, continuity, consent, and responsibility to first-class objects in programmable world runtimes and open world markets. IdentitySeed is defined strictly as a WorldSeed extension: it operates on top of the WorldSeed world interface (S,A,B,O) and inherits the WorldSeed compliance contract. IdentitySeed blocks identity collapse under adversarial incentives, including identity forgery, impersonation, fork flooding, merge laundering, death-reset liability erasure, consent bypass, and rights bypass. It defines formal identity objects, consent and rights semantics, a fork/merge calculus with runtime rejection and proof-carrying certification, progress/preservation theorems ensuring identity legality under execution, and a marketplace listing protocol in which uncertified identity artifacts cannot be traded as certified. IdentitySeed is required for accountability, fairness, and compositional safety in WorldSeed-based programmable civilizations.
