Abstract

ConsentSeed is a mechanically checkable constitutional layer that makes consent contracts first-class semantic objects in programmable worlds. Built strictly as a WorldSeed extension, ConsentSeed formalizes consent as an executable predicate over persons, actions, contexts, and time, and enforces it as a non-bypassable runtime boundary. ConsentSeed introduces a rights algebra supporting composition, delegation, revocation, temporal scoping, and non-escalation. It further defines refinement-preserving consent semantics: if a world refines another via a declared refinement map, then consent legality, rights validity, and non-bypassability are preserved under refinement. The framework provides axioms, operational small-step semantics with runtime rejection, proof-carrying consent artifacts, a deterministic linter for compliance, and soundness and preservation theorems ensuring that no reachable execution state can violate declared consent constraints. ConsentSeed is required for accountability, autonomy, and rights preservation in open world marketplaces and modular programmable civilizations.
