Information-Theoretic Anti-Gravity Propulsion: Theoretical Foundation for the Podkletnov Effect in the Universal Model Framework.
Abstract
This work develops a complete Universal Model Framework (UMF) description of the controversial Podkletnov effect as a controlled modulation of the effective gravitational constant GeffGeff via information–curvature coupling in prime-indexed spacetime geometry. Within UMF, gravity emerges from gradients of an information density field ρI(r,t)ρI(r,t), such that Geff(r)=G0[1−κln(ρI(r)/ρ0)]Geff(r)=G0[1−κln(ρI(r)/ρ0)] with κ=(2.3±0.1)×10−3κ=(2.3±0.1)×10−3 fixed by RG‑37 solar-system tests. Applied to rotating YBCO superconductors, this framework reproduces the reported 0.5–2.1% weight loss as a response to prime-frequency electromagnetic resonances in the 2–3.8 MHz band. New in Version 3, we compute explicit prime partition spectra revealing 47 resonant modes in the MHz range (Q = 19–45), derive a superconducting coupling constant α=(1.8±0.2)×10−4α=(1.8±0.2)×10−4 from London penetration depth and coherence length, and perform finite-element simulations predicting 12±212±2% peak reductions of GeffGeff in a 275 mm toroidal geometry under realistic field conditions. The model yields concrete scaling laws—ΔG/G∝B2ΔG/G∝B2 for B
