ImageCytox is a Fiji/ImageJ macro for nuclei-based quantification of image-based 3D T cell cytotoxicity assays. The macro performs automated nuclei segmentation using StarDist, classifies nuclei based on size and marker intensities, generates quality-control (QC) overlay images and exports per-image summary statistics as CSV files. It is designed for robust and reproducible quantification of surviving tumor cells across experimental conditions. This release is functionally identical to v1.0.0 and was created to ensure proper archiving and DOI generation via Zenodo.
