Analisis dan Pengujian Sistem Informasi Poliklinik Berbasis Web Menggunakan Standar ISO/IEC 29119

ABSTRACTThe quality of software is strongly influenced by the testingprocess applied during system development and implementation.Inadequate testing may result in functional failures that affectsystem reliability. ISO/IEC 29119 is an international standard thatprovides structured guidance for software testing activities. Thisstudy aims to analyze and test a Clinic Information System usingthe ISO/IEC 29119 standard. The testing process focuses onfunctional testing to evaluate system functionality conformitywith predefined requirements. The testing stages include testplanning, test design, test execution, and test evaluation inaccordance with ISO/IEC 29119. The results show that most systemfunctions operate as expected, although several issues related todata validation and user access control were identified. Thesefindings indicate that the system meets basic functionalrequirements but requires further improvement to enhancesystem quality and reliability.Keywords: Software Testing, ISO/IEC 29119, Clinic InformationSystem, Functional Testing
