Financial Weaponization Audit: Power versus Capital – From Property to State License (2026)
Abstract
This report provides a forensic analysis of the contemporary financial system as an instrument of political control. It documents how legal frameworks, compliance regimes, and digital monetary infrastructures transform capital from private property into a conditional, revocable state license. The analysis covers de-banking practices under anti-money laundering law, programmable money initiatives by central banks and the BIS, and asset seizure mechanisms under emergency powers and sanctions regimes in multiple jurisdictions. The report is based exclusively on publicly available court rulings, regulatory texts, official policy documents, and primary sources. It follows Protocol DRO-2026 and is intended for archival, legal, and academic reference.
