Highly Speculative Single cell RNA seq show the microreziduu in FISS is not homogenuus
Abstract
I propose that FISS microresidual populations post-surgery are not phenotypically homogeneous but exist as threedistinct, dynamically interconvertingcellularstates: (1)Proliferative (mitoticallyactive, integrin-dependent), (2) Invasive (matrixdegrading,EMT-associated),and(3)Quiescent(metabolicallydormant,therapy-resistant).Furthermore,Ihypothesizethattherelativeproportionsofthesestatesshifttemporallypostoperatively, drivenbyevolvingwoundbedmicroenvironmental gradients (growth factors,ECMmaturation, metabolicstress).
