The combinations of formats and methodologies are based on specific topics, timelines, and socio-political conditions and contexts. The Guidance and Toolkit also takes into account legal, ethical, socio-economic, gender, cultural, and governance considerations, prioritising inclusive, diverse, and equitable processes for public, stakeholder and citizen engagement.
