GEVI as an Effective Gravitational Field Framework: Information Saturation, Singularities Avoidance, and Testable Predictions
Abstract
This work presents an effective-field formalization of the GEVI (Gravitational Emergence from Informational Vacuum) framework. Rather than introducing a new version, this paper consolidates GEVI as a phenomenological gravitational model operating in regimes where information density approaches a saturation threshold. By defining a physically motivated information-screening function, the resulting gravitational potential remains finite at small scales while asymptotically recovering Newtonian gravity in the weak-field limit, satisfying the correspondence principle. The framework naturally removes classical singularities, replaces them with stable compact cores, and preserves information consistency. Additionally, GEVI yields falsifiable predictions, including deviations in black hole shadow radii, the existence of stable compact objects within the observational mass gap, and modified strong-field behavior without invoking exotic matter components. This work positions GEVI as a testable and internally consistent effective gravitational description compatible with current observational constraints.
