Abstract

Accompanying Description for the Zenodo Record This record contains a locked manuscript presenting the ZIPPED framework, a geometric and dynamical approach to galactic rotation phenomena. The work addresses the long-standing discrepancy between observed galactic rotation curves and predictions based on visible baryonic mass under classical gravity. Instead of postulating unseen Dark Matter components, the framework investigates whether these discrepancies can arise from an incomplete description of gravitational dynamics in ultra-low acceleration regimes. Central to the manuscript is the Law of Cosmic Unraveling. This principle states that spacetime exhibits a gradual transition in its effective dynamical response when gravitational acceleration falls below a universal threshold. In high-acceleration environments, spacetime behaves rigidly and reproduces all tested Newtonian and relativistic predictions. In low-acceleration galactic environments, this rigidity relaxes, modifying large-scale gravitational balance without altering mass, introducing new particles, or violating conservation laws. Within this framework, flat galactic rotation curves and the baryonic Tully–Fisher relation emerge as direct consequences of spacetime dynamics rather than empirical fitting or fine-tuned halo structures. This Zenodo submission functions as a time-stamped, Synodo-safe disclosure of the theory in its current locked form. It is provided for transparent reference, critical evaluation, and comparison with observational and theoretical developments. The record does not claim experimental confirmation and does not introduce speculative extensions beyond the scope of the manuscript.
