The Gestating Universe: A Causal Set Theory of Everything from Algorithmic Compression and Biological Isomorphism
Abstract
This paper presents a complete, mathematically consistent, and falsifiable Theory of Everything (ToE) derived from the Anti-Entropic Principle (AEP). The theory is formulated on a causal set substrate, unifies gravity with the Standard Model (including right-handed neutrinos), and explains dark matter as topological defects. Crucially, the mathematical structure exhibits an exact isomorphism with mammalian gestation under a universal scaling factor \alpha = M_{\text{Pl}} / m_p \approx 10^{19}, yielding eight precise, testable predictions across cosmology, particle physics, and astrophysics. The theory is formalized in Coq, has a Kolmogorov complexity of only ~2,100 bits (~524× more compressible than \LambdaCDM+SM), and is accompanied by publicly archived code, proofs, and simulation data. This work represents the seventh and culminating paper in the AEP series, providing a complete framework in which the universe is not merely described by mathematics—it is optimized for mathematical description, and that optimal description resembles a gestating organism.
