The Limits of Enumeration: A Registrar-Based Theory of Knowledge
Abstract
This paper proposes a registrar-based structural model in which knowledge is treated as an emergent descriptive effect rather than a representational relation. Order, signs, syntax, and coordination are derived from irreversible dynamics, reduction of possible trajectories, and interference between autonomous registrars, without invoking language, semantics, or intentionality. Knowledge is interpreted as an effect of false coordination: stable correlations between independent systems that enable prediction without shared codes or access to internal structure.
