When Space Remembers: How the Traffic of Light from across the Universe to us on Earth Reveals Memory in Space-Phase
Abstract
Astronomers routinely predict the arrival of gravitationally lensed images years or decadesin advance and schedule observations accordingly. These predictions succeed. This paperargues that such success already demonstrates a fundamental physical property of space:it retains structured propagation pathways after energy has passed through it. Using thelanguage of space-phase (SP3), we show that space behaves like a road system whoseroutes persist, degrade, or are replaced over time. We formalize this behavior with threeaxioms based on traffic rate, structural stability, and observer geometry. Drawing onestablished gravitational-lensing practice and the lived experience of observers, we arguethat space-phase memory is not speculative but already operationally confirmed. Extremeastrophysical events merely make the effect obvious; the same physics is present ineveryday life for anyone prepared to notice it.
