Abstract

This preprint unifies three interrelated results derived from the TET–CVTL topological-entropic framework and standard QED:Indestructible Topological Pulsar – laboratory analog achieving 100% linking number saturation (Lk=100%), yielding perfect anyonic pinning, glitch-free rotation, eternally collimated jets, and maximal entanglement entropy ln 4. Proton Fusion Catalyst v1.0 – knot-induced anyonic phase catalysis producing +20–40× enhancement of p-p fusion rates in ultraclean plasmas. Upper Bounds on Macroscopic Vacuum Torque – rigorous QED derivation showing that any torque from Larmor precession asymmetry of virtual pairs in realistic magnetic gradients is τ ≤ 8 × 10⁻²⁷ N·m, ten orders below current experimental sensitivity. All positive designs include open QuTiP simulation codes, generated figures, and experimental guidelines. The vacuum torque bound closes a class of speculative propulsion schemes.
