Abstract

This work unifies the energetic and geometric foundations of Modular Physics by linking the Chouqair constant (CChouqair = 7.8315eV) with the fundamental modular geometry of space. Originally derived from modular arithmetic, the constant iscalibrated through atomic spectroscopy as the universal quantum of energetic inclusion. The modular geometric structure represents the fundamental cell of coherence where this energy is organized. Together, they define the discrete architecture of space and provide a new physical interpretation of the cosmological constant, bridging atomic stability and cosmic expansion through a single modular law. By identifying the characteristic modular length with the relativistic Compton scale associated with the universal inclusion quantum, we obtain a finite, parameter-free expression for the cosmological constant. This establishes a concrete link between atomic spectroscopy, modular geometry, and cosmic acceleration, offering a testable and unified framework for the structure of physical reality.
