Abstract

This work presents the first systemic research atlas and conceptual architecture of the Cognitive–Behavioral–Emotional–Rewiring (CBER) Model, formalizing human self-regulation as a recursive, multi-layered system integrating cognition, emotion, physiology, behavior, and environment. The central contribution of this publication is the explicit identification, structuring, and formal mapping of 150 distinct influence systems affecting human functioning. These systems span biological, neurophysiological, psychological, social, cultural, environmental, informational, and symbolic domains and are systematically organized within a unified architectural framework. Each influence system is positioned within the CBER recursive loop and formalized as a component of the external Omega field (Ω), representing structured environmental and systemic pressures. Their effective impact on the internal state dynamics is modulated by the awareness parameter (θ), allowing the model to account for variability in autonomy, reactivity, and adaptive capacity. Unlike existing behavioral or psychological frameworks that treat external factors as aggregated or implicit variables, this atlas provides a granular, enumerated, and structurally coherent taxonomy of influence systems, enabling precise conceptual analysis, formal modeling, and future empirical operationalization. This publication is architectural and foundational in nature. It establishes the structural groundwork for subsequent: mathematical formalization of system dynamics, empirical validation of influence pathways, computational simulation and AI-based modeling, and applied implementations in mental health, behavioral science, and adaptive systems research. By introducing a system-level ontology of 150 influence systems within a unified recursive model, this work defines a new class of integrative behavioral architectures and serves as a core reference point for the ongoing CBER research program.
