Abstract

This work presents a time–leading observational prediction derived from an informational–geometric framework. The prediction is formulated independently of any specific physical model or implementation procedure and is applicable to heliospheric plasma observations. It proposes that flow–aligned structural ordering may precede standard energetic intensification signatures in solar wind data. Such ordering, commonly interpreted as stochastic fluctuations or noise, is here hypothesized to encode an underlying informational organization. The prediction is explicitly falsifiable: a systematic absence of pre–intensification ordering in Parker Solar Probe data would contradict the proposed framework, while its consistent presence would support the existence of a time–leading informational flow.
