Abstract

This framework tries to demonstrates that NSCLC-SCC survival depends on maintaining coherence acrosssystemic archetype, spatial zonation, and organellar topology simultaneously. The identification of three synchronized vulnerability nodes (HK2, MAM, lipid rafts) with quantitative collapse thresholds provides a roadmapfor potential targeted intervention strategies that could be worth wile in pursuing them in further vitro tests on the matter. Complete mathematical derivations, parameter values, kinetic constants, and sensitivity analyses are provided in the full document.
