The Wolf-Toffoletto-Schutza Action: Symplectic Relaxation as a Universal Effective Field Theory for Non-Associative Topologies
Abstract
We present a rigorous analysis of the Wolf-Toffoletto-Schutza (WTS) Relaxation method, generalizing it from its origins in Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) to a universal Effective FieldTheory (EFT) within the Axiomatic Physical Homeostasis (APH) framework. We demonstratethat the adiabatic compression of plasma flux tubes is isomorphic to the symplectic relaxationof Sedenion logic filaments. By identifying the Vacuum Stiffness (β) with the string tension (α′),we establish the WTS method as a non-perturbative solver for string genus reduction, capableof resolving the Yang-Mills Mass Gap, the Fermi Paradox, and the fundamental mechanics ofGeneral Intelligence.
