Abstract

This document serves as a formal record for a "Prove Me Right" stress test of the LEAN\_ADVISOR\_V1 protocol, \cite{pnp}. The objective is to determine if the $P \neq NP$ "Safety Factor" logic can accurately detect a non-linear atmospheric trend—specifically a record-breaking cold snap in the US Northeast between January 14--16, 2026—without resource-intensive brute-force modeling.
