Abstract

Preprint. Publicly released on Zenodo prior to journal submission. This paper formulates the Spacetime Safety Equation and introduces the Blackfield framework as an operational, readout-layer interface for spacetime-extreme bookkeeping under finite time resolution. The central shift in viewpoint is to treat “naked singular exposure” not primarily as a dynamics-layer problem (cosmic-censorship expectations and/or modified field equations), but as a readout-layer phenomenon: zero reachability in reported outputs (integration weights, proper-time readout, and action/phase bookkeeping) within the domain handled as physical at the declared observational resolution. The framework combines (i) a rank-one reported-measure rescaling (Axiom-S) and (ii) a minimum action-advance residual from spinor holonomy and projection (Axiom-T), linked by the Spacetime Safety Relation (SSR), and provides falsifiability-first refutation classes together with practical testing protocols. Version v3: title updated; clarified the cosmic-censorship context as an operational/readout notion (not modified dynamics), strengthened cross-section consistency of the “readout-layer safety” scope (Abstract/Intro/SSR/Falsifiability/Conclusion), refined falsifiability wording, and updated references/DOIs.
