04 02 Metastasis Base Architecture Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma PDAC
Abstract
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) exhibits one of the most complex metastatic patterns among solid tumors, with site-specific adaptations that remain poorly understood at themechanistic level [1, 2]. Traditional approaches focus on isolated molecular pathways or bulktissue characteristics, failing to capture the emergent properties arising from intracellulararchitecture reorganization within distinct microenvironments.
